Article

On May 6, we officially launched our new and powerful webinar series “10 Stages. Human Rights: From History to Action”, inspired by Professor Gregory Stanton’s theory of the 10 stages that lead to genocide. This framework also forms the foundation of the 10 STAGES mobile educational app developed by Humanity in Action Poland.

Each session features experts, activists, and educators who explore how historical mechanisms of violence, exclusion, and human rights violations continue to affect our world today. Together, we reflect on how to recognize these warning signs and build more conscious and responsible societies.

Available recordings:

1. Classification & Symbolization
Miriam Synger (educator and activist) and Jelle Zijlstra (activist, Landecker Senior Fellow) discuss how early warning signs of discrimination still shape our social and political environment.
