Originally from Spain, Anabel is about to finish her MSc in Global Refugees Studies at Aalborg University CPH. With a background in Philosophy, she has mainly focused on feminism and contemporary philosophy. Nowadays, Anabel is researching “Emptied Spain” and the imaginaries that inhabited it through different artistic expressions. Previously, she has participated in several artistic projects such as the co-creation of fanzines or an alternative radio program named ‘ Filosofía y Ginebra’. Considering this, her ultimate goal is to approach different disciplines as vehicles to use social and philosophical theory for interrogating current socio-political issues.
