Anna holds a Master’s in Gender Studies from Utrecht University and a Bachelor’s in International Relations and Organizations from Leiden University. She has been engaged in human rights activism, particularly feminist work, from a young age, eventually co-founding Project4Equality three years ago, a feminist organisation based in The Hague. Her research interests lie at the intersection of memory, resistance, and social movements. In addition, Anna has a background in photography and is currently taking documentary classes to further develop her visual practice, which she often integrates into her political work.
