Djuna has a Bachelor’s degree Cultural and Social development from the Hogeschool van Amsterdam (2018) and is currently finalizing her Master’s degree in Cultural and Social Anthropology at the Universiteit van Amsterdam. For her master thesis, she is focussing on the identity development of young adults and the 2020 uprising of the Black Lives Matter movement, in the Netherlands. Djuna has worked as a project assistant at an educational non-profit organization and has been a peer-educator concerning the topic of ethnic profiling.
