Edrieënna (E3) is a speaker and humanitarian with familial and cultural ties to St. Eustatius and Curacao. Her love of justice, discourse and academia form the foundation of her activism and community development drive her work as a social work teacher, advisory member of the UNESCO committee and student coach to BIPOC/Afro-Caribbean students studying in the Netherlands. As a young professional embarking further into the world of academia and social activism, E3 aims to one day be a champion for the causes that are close to the hearts of the most marginalized in our communities. Her most recent endeavor, sprouting from insights she gained doing research for her bachelor thesis, focuses on a community-based approach to promoting study success amongst students from the ABCSSS islands.
