Giovanni Díaz-Infante Posadas

Giovanni Díaz-Infante Posadas is a Mexican undergraduate studying International Law and Economics at Leiden University. He spent his early youth in Mexico, where he developed a deep love for theatre and photography, and then moved to the Netherlands. There he was awarded a scholarship to attend the United World College of Maastricht and finish his high school studies. Living among peers from all around the world, he was exposed to different realities and became inspired to pursue a career in the field of human rights advocacy. His current interests include decoloniality, gender studies, and social justice, which he has explored through his work as a research assistant and involvement with local NGOs. Additionally, Giovanni is a founding member of Leiden University’s Association for Latin American Students and a part-time bartender.
