Kanita Buljubašić graduated psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Sarajevo and is currently enrolled in a MSc program, developing her research master thesis in the area of social psychology. She has been volunteering and working with various non-profit organizations, such as NARKO-NE, the Foundation of local democracy (working with kids in the Safe House). She was also an intern at Social Innovation Incubator MUNJA working on the hocu.ba info youth platform. Furthermore, she is a member of The Association of Psychology Students “SINAPSA.” Since her first-year as an undergraduate student, she has been a part of the co-organizing committee of the 3rd European Federation of Psychology Students Associations Conference in Sarajevo, which brought together psychology students from around the world. Her area of interest is working with youth, women, and vulnerable groups. She would like to continue to work in similar programs covering multiple themes regarding human rights.
