Katherine is a facilitator, antiracism, and anti-oppression consultant, community activist, and conflict worker with deep interest in developing new ways for organizations to exist inside the collective liberation ecosystem. As a community organizer and founder of Collective Futures Design Lab, she works to transform group processes around power sharing, liberatory striving and culture shifting to transform our lives and practice liberation in our lifetimes. She is also an avid reader, theater artist and community engagement specialist. In her spare time, she works on small-scale living and gardening, raising chickens and traveling the world.
