Marta Szymanderska-Pastryk is a Polish humanitarian worker, feminist, and activist. She holds a degree in Applied Sociology and Social Anthropology and post-graduate studies in Humanitarian Aid from University of Warsaw. Over the past three years, she served as a field coordinator at the Polish-Belarusian border, spearheading the development of an effective humanitarian aid system amidst the crisis. Her advocacy focuses on migration, border policies, and the rights of women and the LGBTQ+ community. Marta is driven by her aspiration to extend her humanitarian work beyond her homeland. Outside of her professional pursuits, she volunteers as a foster home for dogs and spends her free time learning farsi.
