Sacha Celine Verheij is an all round creative. As a writer, editor, photographer, designer, and spoken word-artist she explores cultural identity, sexuality, decolonization and trauma.
She is the co-founder of Bersama Collective, a foundation aimed at connecting artists to discuss the impact of colonialism. By creating interdisciplinary exchanges, underexposed stories connected to the history between Indonesia and the Netherlands and similar stories and issues from other countries are highlighted.
Sacha is also editor-in-chief of the inaugural issue of Skin Mutts Magazine, which focuses on the lived experience of being mixed. She also enjoys surfing, listening to old vinyl records, sipping oat milk cappuccinos, and browsing bookstores.
