Sophie Mazur is a Dutch-American changemaker and trans-/interdisciplinary thinker working at the intersection of health, sustainability, and equity. With dual MSc degrees in Business: Change Management and Sustainable Development, and a BA in Sociology, Public Health, and Visual Arts, she brings a unique fusion of analytical rigor and creative insight to her work.
Sophie currently consults for the World Health Organization, supporting international initiatives focused on vaccine implementation, health equity, and access in low-resource settings. She is also the founder of SustainHealth, a consulting company dedicated to advancing sustainable and equitable solutions. Her approach is rooted in interdisciplinary, human-centered design, and cross-cultural collaboration. Whether conducting fieldwork in Bangladesh refugee camps, co-teaching disaster management in Puerto Rico, or coordinating international conferences in India and Ghana, Sophie is driven by a deep commitment to equity, empathy, and impact.
Outside of work, she enjoys expressing creativity through art, movement, and dance.
