The project ‘Der er noget galt i Danmark’, which roughly translates into ‘Something is rotten in the state of Denmark’, addresses racism in Denmark by creating an online knowledge bank about structural racism.
The purpose of the knowledge bank is to enlighten the Danish population on how structural racism shows its ugly face in the Danish society. The knowledge bank is chock-full of information, FAQs, and links to news media, bibliographies, and Instagram profiles, all of which depicts structural racism from different perspectives. Moreover, the knowledge bank also encourages active involvement by linking to citizens proposals.
The project is based on the idea that knowledge is something we share, and to put an end to structural racism in Denmark, we need a well-informed debate based on shared knowledge.
