Surayya Walters is a Humanity in Action Senior Fellow, Racial Equity Grant Winner and the founder of iDEIntity, an organization with a mission to remove the barriers that prevent small firms from embracing their full DEI potential.

In the spring of 2023, iDEIntity is in the process of launching their program, for which they are looking for over 20 entrepreneurs from small business owners to startup owners and non-profit leaders.

Each firm will be supported by a mentor who will help their startups succeed in creating an impactful organizational culture.
