During the Week Against Racism, a week of events organized by Pakhuis de Zwijger and Comité 21 Maart, Landecker Fellow Hui-Hui Pan participated in the event titled “Verkiezingsuitslagen: Hoe nu verder?” (Election Results: How to proceed?).
During the program, the participants reflected on the results of the recent municipal elections. Specifically, they discussed how current political developments will affect policies surrounding racism, discrimination and equality in the city of Amsterdam. Together, they hoped to ensure that racism and inequality remain high on the political agenda in Amsterdam and the Netherlands.

Hui-Hui is one of thirty 2021-2022 Landecker Democracy Fellows. This fellowship, a collaboration between the Alfred Landecker Foundation and Humanity in Action, was created to strengthen a new generation of leaders whose approaches to political and social challenges can become catalysts for democratic placemaking and community building.
