- Nicole Hallett (Copenhagen 2002) is a clinical professor of law at the University of Chicago, where she directs the Immigrants’ Rights Clinic. - Ricardo Zamarripa (Mapping Inequities 2022) is a financial and professional liability risk advisor with Marsh McLennan. He has a long track record of advocacy and activism for immigrant communities, and currently volunteers as a child advocate as well as with his city’s Office of Immigrant Affairs.
“Humanity in Action fosters a diverse, global leadership network dedicated to advancing human rights, social justice, and inclusive democracy,” said Bill Spencer, Chair of Humanity in Action’s Board of Directors. “The expertise and dedication these Senior Fellows bring to the International Board will amplify the organization’s efforts to educate, connect, and inspire a growing network of global leaders committed to inclusive, equitable societies.”
“Elevating the voices of our alumni in Humanity in Action’s governance reflects our belief in the power of our programs and network,” said Talia Dubovi (Amsterdam 2000), Interim CEO of Humanity in Action. “We look forward to working with Arman, Nicole, and Ricardo to advance Humanity in Action’s mission at a time when democracy is under attack around the world and leaders who exemplify Humanity in Action’s core values are most needed.”
