Humanity in Action is excited to announce the relaunch of www.humanityinaction.org. The new site, developed in partnership with the Philadelphia-based web agency Bluecadet, is designed to clearly communicate Humanity in Action’s mission and its social justice-related work to its audiences in Bosnia & Herzegovina, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, the United States and around the world.

Established in 1997, Humanity in Action is an international non-profit organization that supports democracy, pluralism and human rights through unique educational programs for college students, recent graduates and emerging leaders. The heart of the Humanity in Action alumni network is its international Senior Fellow community, which consists of over 2,000 social justice leaders around the world who have completed a Humanity in Action Fellowship in Europe or the United States.

This accessible and dynamic site, which reflects our mission, shows our impact and tells our story has been a project close to two years in the making. It has been developed together with a wide range of members from the Humanity in Action community. “While we are proud and excited about our new digital identity, the overall goal for this new site is to articulate the unique nature of our international community: the site both integrates the national work of our independent organizations across Europe and in the United States as it communicates our Fellows’ and Senior Fellows’ projects and achievements as well as our community’s vast and deeply relevant knowledge,” said Judith S. Goldstein, Founder and Executive Director of Humanity in Action. “Humanity in Action is local in its activities, international in its collaboration and global in its community’s reach.”

Humanity in Action is grateful to the several dozen Fellows, Senior Fellows, board members and staff members who were involved in redeveloping this site. We are particularly grateful to the Neil Karbank Family Foundation and the Donner Foundation for their generous support, which has allowed us to come to this moment.
