Arne Semsrott is an author, freelance journalist and political activist from Berlin, Germany. He has most recently released “Machtübernahme”, a political novel about right-wing extremism threatening democracy in Germany. He currently works at the Open Knowledge Foundation on the Freedom of Information Portal FragDenStaat.de, is a city guide on lobbyism and is an activist for Transparency International on corruption in academia. Arne has studied political science in both Berlin and Istanbul.
On his free time, he enjoys watching films and dancing (mostly in his living room)
