With her expertise and interest in many aspects of social justice, such as gender equality and diversity, human rights and improving the situation and reception of migrants, and her person-centered approach, Cily is someone who knows how to get the best out of a team. She has work experience in both the Netherlands and abroad, which has given her a broad understanding of intercultural management.
She has worked as a director for several foundations and development organizations in many different places around the world. Among other things, she has worked for Oxfam in several locations and has made a significant contribution to SNV Dutch development organization in various positions. Cily will now take on a role on the board of Humanity in Action!
