Dr. Corinne Cath is a recent graduate of the Ph.D. program at the Oxford Internet Institute, University of Oxford. She is a cultural anthropologist whose work focuses on the politics of Internet infrastructure and technology governance. She was part of the 2013 Humanity in Action Amsterdam Fellowship and the 2014 cohort of the HIA Tom Lantos Congressional Fellowship. You can follow her on Twitter.
