Cruz is a Humanity in Action Senior Fellow who completed the Amsterdam Fellowship. He is an experienced policy and strategy advisor with experience in government departments across thematic policy issues, such as justice and economics.
Passionate about his community, Cruz is currently supporting it through non-executive roles at key local institutions, striving to improve people’s lives.
Cruz is keen to gain insights from various perspectives to improve lives and has experience working with national and international organizations toward common social objectives. He advocates for integrating interdisciplinary approaches to social challenges, having previously completed projects incorporating the arts.
