Essonmala Marie Paule Dominique N’Guessan is a communication and administrative professional with experience in antiracism and social inclusion. Of Ivorian and Italian background, she currently works as Fee and Communication Manager for the European Coalition of Cities Against Racism (ECCAR), where she oversees the management of membership fee payments and handles ECCAR’s communication strategy, including its social media presence. Previously, she coordinated ECCAR’s ACTION project, helping cities strengthen local antiracism action plans through multilingual resources and capacity-building activities. With a background in foreign languages and extensive experience in the social field, she has worked closely with local governments and civil society organizations on projects related to migration, anti-discrimination, and youth engagement. As a former member of the Bureau of the European Migration Forum, she contributed to EU-level dialogue on migration and integration. Her work reflects a commitment to equity, dialogue, and creating spaces where underrepresented communities can be heard.
