Petros Xenios was born in Athens, Greece, where he completed both his Bachelor and Master studies . He holds a BA in Psychology, focusing on cross-cultural psychology and psychoanalysis. He later joined the European Federation of Psychology students, in which he participated as an active member by attending conferences and organising projects to raise awareness of minorities. Now, he is a human resources professional, fascinated by the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds. His master thesis centered on cultural intelligence, which he explored the effects of on job performance as well as career satisfaction. When he is not planning for his next trip, he spends most of his time reading books and watching films.
