Ufuk Kâhya is a 2012 Senior Fellow and from 2015 to 2018 he was involved with Humanity in Action as Associate Program Director for the John Lewis Fellowship. Ufuk is currently an alderman in Den Bosch, the Netherlands, with the portfolio of talent development, health, data and inclusion. He is also active as Vice President of the Greens in the European Committee of the Regions. Ufuk has experience as a senior trainer/program manager for United World Colleges in the areas of leadership, conflict transformation and community building. Ufuk Kâhya’s work focuses on intersectional approaches to social change and inclusiveness from the public domain.
