Verna Juliette Tiro Amador is a human being who has worn different hats: scientist, educator, philosopher, activist, trans woman, Latina, writer, and ExPat, among others. She has witnessed that people treat others according to the hat they use; this in turn has inspired her to develop a project from which she has been the main subject: ‘the agency of the other.’
