We are proud to announce a 10-day fellowship in Detroit taking place from November 15 to 24, 2019. The Fellowship is open to Fellows and Senior Fellows with demonstrated engagement in urban development as well as new applicants from Detroit and Greece.
The 2019 Detroit Fellowship will focus on examining equitable outcomes of contemporary urban development in Detroit through the efforts of local practitioners. Twenty civically-engaged participants will have the unique opportunity to work in small teams on a number of projects related to social, economic and infrastructure development alongside four community-centered development organizations.
To set the context, the Detroit Fellows will also learn about Detroit’s past and present through a series of lectures, group discussions and site-visits. Applications for the Fellowship close on September 15 for international applicants and September 23 for Detroit-based applicants. Apply now!
