Landecker Fellow Jelle Zijlstra was recently interviewed by Wietske Merison for the Nieuw Wij platform.
Joined by a fellow Jewish activist Chaja Mark, the interview was part of a series on inclusive sustainability. The two talked about climate and social justice from a Jewish perspective. The article further discussed Oy Vey Acts, a grassroots Jewish movement located in the Netherlands that advocates for an inclusive Dutch society, which both Jelle and Chaja are a part of.
The Nieuw Wij article is available in Dutch.
Jelle is one of thirty 2021-2022 Landecker Democracy Fellows.
