Talia Dubovi is the Interim CEO of Humanity in Action, Inc. She is a Humanity in Action Senior Fellow (Netherlands, 2000), and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2011. Talia also served as Co-Chair of the American Planning Board from 2006-2016. Talia was previously vice president and director of the Diversity and Leadership in International Affairs Project at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), where she led the design and execution of CSIS’s first diversity and inclusion program. Prior to that, she was associate vice president and deputy director of External Relations at CSIS, where she played a key role in the reorganization of the department, after serving as deputy director of CSIS’s Global Health Policy Center. Talia spent six years working in Congress, where she covered a wide range of foreign policy and national security issues. She is a fellow with the Truman National Security Project, a senior associate (non-resident) with CSIS, and was a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations from 2015-2020. She holds a B.A. from Amherst College and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
