Kateryna comes from Ukraine, holds a Master’s degree in Law and Human Rights. Kateryna’s passion is traveling, exploring and living in other cultures. In the past 5 years, she has lived in the Netherlands doing an internship in the International Criminal Court, in Lithuania for studies, in France for an exchange program, in Vietnam teaching English to children in rural areas. Kateryna participated in the 2018 HiA Warsaw Fellowship. Currently, Kateryna lives in her native city Kyiv and works in the United Nations Ukraine, focusing on developing partnerships and involving new actors to the discussions. One of her most recent initiatives at work has been ensuring civil society engagement and using the deriving messages in advocacy. In her free time, Kateryna loves practicing yoga.
