U toku 11 mjeseci nakon učešća u Fellowship programu, naši Fellowsi rade na svom Action projektu: neovisnom poduhvatu usmjerenom na promicanje demokratskih vrijednosti u vlastitim zajednicama. Action projekti su raznoliki koliko i sama Humanity in Action organizacija. Fellowsi primjenjuju svoja nova znanja i perspektive na zajednice na koje utječu - u bilo kojem formatu koji im se čini smislenim. Zajednica Humanity in Action odličan je izvor za podršku - bilo da je riječ o kontaktima, iskustvu ili dobrim savjetima.
