HIA BiH at 'The Magic of Creating Successful Project Proposals' training

HIA BiH Project Coordinator Zarja Marković participated in a 3-day long project management training workshop in Bitola, North Macedonia organized by Western Balkans Alumni Association. Workshop trainers were Renata Petrevska Nechkoska, Head of WBAA research team/project coordinator, Aleksandar Bogojevski, Head of unit for Higher Education, Adult Education and Youth, National Agency for European Educational Programmes and Mobility of North Macedonia, and Mimoza Bogdanoska Jovanovska, Associate Professor, UKLO Bitola Macedonia.

Participants had the opportunity to learn about generic components of project proposals: objective, activities, time planning, budget, sustainability, dissemination, as well as, Project Cycle Management and LFA (Logical Framework Approach). Apart from the theoretical knowledge dissemination, training contained a “Project simulation through the symbolism of scouting – Gamification approach to learning” component where participants worked in teams while playing a role of scouts in the nearby forest simulating phases of project implementation.
