Meriem-Hadia Charif is a Danish-Algerian student currently finishing her BBA (Bachelor’s in Buisness Administration) at Copenhagen Business School. She is hoping to follow a path within social science or welfare studies in order to improve the local community for minorities in Denmark and by extension Europe. Meriem-Hadia is interested in interrelations between countries and ethnicities that fall outside the “Western sphere”, colonial legacies on different cultures, how to combat systemic oppression and most importantly how to use art to empower and lift communities. This summer she will be published through the publisher ‘Kronstork’ – a short story that deals with female generational narratives.
