Nour Moazzen is a Syrian activist, architect, and humanitarian. She is also a Rugby player and an artist. After fleeing from a war zone, Nour assisted her community in Turkey through volunteering and working as an interpreter in Refugee camps. Currently, she is working to support her community in Denmark through raising awareness on issues concerning democracy and human rights in Syria, and advocating for stopping the deportation of Syrian refugees back to Syria. She also employs her architectural knowledge to empower vulnerable groups and communities in post-war zones through localy empowered projects. Nour aspires to go back to Syria, and be part of post-war community building and construction, and to support human rights and social justice as a part of Syria’s future.
